2. Deadlines are not being watched before we are engaged

Many legal rights are lost once their deadline passes, and those deadlines run regardless of who is watching.

We do not monitor deadlines in your matter before our engagement takes effect. If your matter is urgent, say so clearly when you contact us, and do not wait for our reply before taking the steps needed to protect your position.
